Shack up with Cloudy Bay this summer

This summer will see the launch of the first Cloudy Bay Shack, a pop-up seafood airstream trailer that will travel from Cornwall to London, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy a promotional glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc matched to a selection of seafood.

The Cloudy Bay Shack will be stationed in Rock, Cornwall from July 30 to August 2, where the seasonal, locally sourced seafood will be prepared by renowned chef, Nathan Outlaw.

Outlaw has worked with Gary Rhodes, Eric Chavot and Rick Stein and now runs two restaurants in Cornwall: Nathan Outlaw Seafood & Grill and Nathan Outlaw at the Marina Villa Hotel.

The Cloudy Bay Shack be in Parsons Green, London, August 15-16, where the seafood dishes will be prepared by Neil Churchill, head chef at Boisdale.

Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy their Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and seafood, whilst relaxing in the ‘cloud-watching’ area, listening to The Boisdale Trio, who will play a medley of 1930’s jazz.

The Cloudy Bay Shack will be open from 11am to 8pm and customers will have the chance to win a mixed case of Cloudy Bay wines when they drop business cards and details into the Cloudy Bay shack bucket.

Prices for a 125ml glass of Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc plus a seafood dish range from £8.50 to £10, depending on the chosen dish.
