Lucas Bols adds two varients to Galliano

Galliano Ristretto and Galliano Balsamico complete the trio of super-premium Italian artisan liqueurs under the Galliano brand following the introduction of Galliano L’Autentico last summer.
Galliano L’Autentico is based on the original recipe of 1896 and was introduced to replace the previous vanilla heavy Galliano variant. It offers a more refined and complex taste making it a more versatile cocktail-making ingredient.
A combination of coffee beans – 55% Arabica coffee from Brazil and Colombia combined with 45% Robusta from Kenya and India  –  make Galliano Ristretto (42.3% abv) a well balanced coffee liqueur that can be enjoyed on the rocks or in a cocktail. Robusta gives the bitter notes and the body; Arabica balances the liqueur with chocolate and creamy notes.

Galliano Balsamico is a balsamic aceto liqueur whose taste is bitter, herbal and complex.
It combines a must concentrate from wine (Trebbiano white grape from Tuscany) with red fruit infusions as well as sugar and alcohol that will enrich and enhance countless cocktail creations.
Galliano brand ambassador Ago Perrone says: “Galliano L’Autentico, Balsamico and Ristretto are a sophisticated range of Italian artisan liqueurs which offer bartenders the richest and finest tastes of the Italian food and drink culture and inspiring them to constantly create unique cocktails and customer experiences.”
Maxxium UK brand manager Nikki Cumming says: “Galliano is inspired from the long Italian tradition of craftsmanship yet it remains contemporary and vibrant.
“The trio of Galliano variants (L’Autentico, Balsamico and Ristretto) will appeal to cocktail connoisseurs and high-end creative bartenders who are passionate about their craft who will be inspired to create amazing cocktails and experiences for their customers.”
