Tour de Frog sales incentive for retail trade

Arrogant Frog is taking to the road on his bike this summer and giving his wholesale and independent retail customers the chance to take part in the Tour de Frog race to clock up their Arrogant Frog “Sales Miles”.  In July the Tour de France will pass very close to the home of the Arrogant Frog winery in the Languedoc.

Stratford’s Wine Agencies is offering a 15 percent discount on orders for the Arrogant Frog range during a three-month period this summer.  The Tour de Frog promotion will run from July 6 to September 11.  Participating retailers and wholesalers will have the added incentive of winning trips to the winery for those who clock up the most Sales Miles.

Sales Miles can be collected by achieving a percentage increase in sales of the Arrogant Frog wines during the promotion (taking into account average monthly sales over the past 12 months). Ten bonus miles are also awarded for each new listing.  Four prizes are available, two each for wholesalers and regional independent retailers who collect the most sales miles during the promotion.  Each will win a trip for two to the Arrogant Frog winery, including flights, winery tour, car hire, bicycle rental and two nights’ accommodation.

Point of sale material, including Arrogant Frog waiters’ friends, neck tags, posters, leaflets and tent cards, will be available to customers when an order is placed.

This promotion is only available while stocks last.  Please contact Stratford’s on 01628 810 606 for further details and to place an order.

The 15 percent discount applies to each order of 12 dozen Arrogant Frog bottles, as part of a 20 dozen mixed order from Stratford’s

The discount applies to the IBD list price and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. The winners will be announced in October 2009, with the trip to be taken by the end of June 2010.

The 2009 Tour de France runs from 4th July to 26th July and passes very close to the Arrogant Frog winery.
