Laphroaig launches exclusive 20YO

Beam Global Spirits & Wine is launching a new limited edition of 700 bottles of its Islay single malt, Laphroaig. The Laphroaig Double Cask 20 Year Old will be available exclusively through travel retail group Aelia in a partnership with Beam’s European travel retail distributor, Maxxium Travel Retail.

Aelia’s Buy Paris Duty Free shop will retail the whisky at an RRP of €225. With an ABV of 46.6%, Laphroaig Double Cask 20 Year Old is matured for 18 years in hogshead barrels and then in quarter casks for the last two years to give a sweeter, richer style of Laphroaig that retains the traditional peat smoke tang.

Each bottle is individually numbered and signed by Laphroaig distillery manager John Campbell.
