Diageo Australia takes on Jose Cuervo

Diageo Australia is to manage the full marketing and distribution of Jose Cuervo tequila brands in Australia from April 1.
The agreement includes Jose Cuervo spirits, Jose Cuervo Margarita Mix, Gran Centenario and 1800 tequilas, but not Jose Cuervo’s RTD brand Vivezo.
An interim agreement has also been reached whereby Diageo will sell the core product Especial (700ml and 1litre) from March 22 to help meet immediate customer supply requirements.
