LIWF Conference gets down to business online

Whatever your role in the wine industry, you will probably be using on-line media to communicate your message. This year's conference will focus on the exciting growth in the online wine business - its diversity and reach.

At the second London International Wine Fair Conference which will take place on the afternoon of Monday 16th May at ExCeL you can learn and develop your skills, find out what’s new and discover how the experts have succeeded with their on-line presence.

Anyone with a web site, a blog, or using social media tools to communicate to their audience will get an enormous amount out of this conference.

Robert Joseph will chair the event, while speakers include –

Dan Jago of Tesco who looks at the opportunity that online provides to an already established retailer;

Angela Mount of with a case study of branded wine online concept;

Rowan Gormley, of Naked Wines, will be assessing the online landscape and the Naked philosophy of how to engage consumers and work with boutique wineries;

Gavin Quinney of Château Bauduc who is successfully selling to consumers and an enviable list of on-trade customers direct from his vineyard;

Sophie Jump of the International Wine Club Association will provide some key points her members consider important to their success;

Antonia Branston, Senior Retailing Analyst at Euromonitor International, will present on how online is changing the retail world

Guy Levine from the highly respected digital marketing agency, Return On Digital, will challenge delegates on how they can make their competitors wish they never even built a website!
