The Union celebrated by Chapel Down

English wine producer Chapel Down has released 2011 bottles of a special blend of sparkling wine to mark the Royal Wedding celebrations.

‘The Union’ is a blend of 2006 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The Chardonnay provides the elegance and finesse, while the addition of Pinot Noir adds depth and texture. ‘One’ can expect delicious flavours of summer berries and caramel combined with aromas of baked apples, red fruit and a hint of honey.
