Kingsland Wines and Spirits is launching a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc exclusively for The Co-operative under The Watcher brand
Karen Wilson, Kingsland Wines and Spirits commercial director says: “Sauvignon Blanc continues to perform well in the UK and consumers understand that wines coming from the Marlborough region are of a superior quality and are prepared to pay more for them.
“The Watcher” echoes the name Captain James Cook awarded to Marlborough’s tallest Mountain during his maiden voyage – so called because he felt his progress along the coast was almost constantly observed.
This 100% Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2010 will be in Co-op stores from early February.
