As this is an important year for visitors to London, Pernod Ricard has chosen the city for the latest limited edition bottle from Absolut vodka. Absolut London – the first European city to be honoured in the Absolut ‘Cities’ collection has been designed in collaboration with Jamie Hewlett, one of the UK’s leading graphics artists.
The bottle was launched on March 1 in Selfridges and Harvey Nichols at an RRP of £20.99, and from March 22, 50 packs will be available through www.facebook.com/ABSOLUTUK. The bottle was made available to the wider on- and off-trade from April at an RRP of £17.89.
Set against a backdrop of the city, the bottle introduces key fashion styles from the past that have influenced and shaped London’s culture, spanning the ages from the Dickensian and 18th Century Dandy, through to the Pinstripe Gent, 60’s Chick, SKA, Punk and 80’s ‘Casual’.
