Abhainn Dearg Distillery situated at Carnish near Uig in the Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides, Scotland was established in 2008. The first single malt was released in October 2011 and is now available at natural cask strength (58%abv), presenting a fuller bodied Herbidean single malt Scotch matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel.

The retailer has also bottled a Spirit of Lewis at natural cask strength. This new make distilled in 2011 has matured for three months in a fresh Oloroso sherry hogshead and has been bottled at natural cask strength (56%abv).
