New gin is created from Arctic botanicals

Ungava is a new style premium gin which Domaine Pinnacle of Canada presented to the travel retail sector at the TFWA exhibition in Cannes last month.

Perfect on the rocks or in cocktails, this unusal gin originates on the nothern frontiers of Canada where the vast tundra meets the icy arctic seas.

Six rare botanicals native to the region – Nordic Juniper, wild rosehips, Cloudberry, Crowberry, Arctic Blend and Labrador Tea – have been hand-picked and steeped in the still in the traditional way to give this gin its fresh citrus, floral and spicy aromas and striking, but natural, yellow colour.
