SPI to establish importing company in US

William Grant & Sons’ four-year contract for the importation, distribution and marketing of Stolichnaya Vodka (Stoli) in the US will not be renewed at the end of 2013 because SPI Group has decided it wishes to manage its portfolio of brands directly. SPI will therefore be establishing its own importing company in the US during 2013, to commence operations on January 1, 2014.
