Mississippi BBQ flavoured Bloody Mary mixer

Ubons of Yazoo, Mississippi, has introduced a mixer for cocktails to compliment its BBQ Sauce. Ubons BBQ has been cooking competitive BBQ since 1989 with a fifth generation BBQ sauce, under the direction of legendary Pitmaster Garry Roark and his daughter Leslie Roark Scott, "The BBQ Princess." They also own Ubons Restaurant, Vending and Catering business in Yazoo City.

The Ubons BBQ Bloody Mary Mix (All Natural, Gluten Free, Fat Free & No MSG) incorporates traditional Bloody Mary flavours with bits of garlic & onion flake, celery seed, cayenne and the flavours of fresh dill pickles. The non-alcoholic drink is packaged in 1litre glass bottles, available to the domestic on-trade at US$54+S&H for six.

The product was launched this year in Mississippi and NY/NJ. It is not available internationally yet, but Adam Rosen of Ubons Sauce says: “it could have it ready if the circumstances warranted it.”
