Errazuriz and Caliterra unveil new look

Viña Errazuriz and sister winery Caliterra have unveiled new labels across their portfolios.

The Errazuriz Estate range has a new brand name – Estate Series, which communicates the essence of the wines produced across Errazuriz’s estates in Chile. The Errazuriz logo has been updated to give a more contemporary look and feel while communicating the family values.

Caliterra has also been given a new look to reflect the brand’s sustainable philosophy. This will emphasise the Tributo range and generate differentiation amongst the ranges.

The Caliterra Reserva label now features a Chucao, a bird native to the forests of Chile that can often be spotted on the hillsides at Caliterra while the Tributo range features a new graphic device to communicate the sustainable practices of the winery.

The new labels deliver a clear brand architecture across the entire portfolio; strengthening the brand identity and quality of the wines.

Like the Errazuriz label, the new labels for the Reserva, Tributo and Limited Edition ranges have all been given a more premium look with embossing, foils and varnishes. Less information and a cleaner design provide better visibility and recognition of the labels on shelf. The Tributo range has taken on a new typography, a new graphic logo and a new size label.

Comments Jonathan Stevens, Viňa Errazuriz regional director: “The redesign of our bottle labels has been a huge project for the team in Chile over the last year. We wanted to achieve a look that was in keeping with the brand values and communicated the winemaking philosophy behind these two well respected brands, but at the same time was fresh and contemporary and gave stand out on the shelf.  We are very proud of the result and can’t wait to see it on shelf.”

After the first glimpse at The Beautiful South tasting in London, new label stock has now arrived in the UK.
