Loftus and O’Reilly join Quintessential

Stephen Loftus has joined the Quintessential Brands Group as director of brands, and Patrick O’Reilly as international business development director. Both will be based in the the company’s London Soho office.

Stephen has been with Accolade Wines (formerly Constellation Brands Europe) for the past seven years as global innovation director responsible for a broad range of international markets. He previously worked in a variety of marketing and strategy roles for Red Bull, Cognosis Consulting and United Distillers (now Diageo).

Patrick joins after six years at UK distributor Cellar Trends where he was group marketing manager for a premium range of international brands including Patron Tequila, Luxardo Sambuca and Amarula Cream Liqueur.  Before moving to the UK, Patrick worked for four years at Richmond Marketing in Dublin where he held marketing management positions on Tiger Beer and Kopparberg Cider.

The Quintessential Brands portfolio includes Greenall's Original Gin, Bloom Gin, Berkeley Square London Dry Gin and Opihr Oriental Spiced Gin, which are all produced by G&J Distillers, as well as Toussaint Coffee Liqueur.

The group was founded by Enzo Visone and Warren Scott and the includes the companies G&J Distillers, the distilling and bottling division and Essential Drinks, the business-to-business supply division.

Stephen and Patrick report to Quintessential's brands and marketing director, Mike Salmon.
