World Whiskies Design Awards winners revealed

The results of this year's World Whiskies Design Awards were announced at the 2024 World Whiskies Awards ceremony which took place in London last week.

The Japanese single cask malt whisky Karuizawa 1960 was presented the top award for The World’s Best Whisky Design having already scooped the Best Single Malt Limited Edition category award.

The judges, chaired by TheDrinksReport.com editor Felicity Murray, said of the pack design: This is a superbly crafted, tactile package, and full of layered intrigue. You are drawn into a great character. With Japanese whisky making so much noise in the market this is a great, beautifully crafted, package that shouts quality.”
