The French Houses of Camus and Ginestet have introduced Collection Particulière by Vinissimes, comprising three Bordeaux wine appellations – Bordeaux, Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion and Medoc. The concept and packaging was developed to create a unique gift exclusively available in travel retail - for amateur and expert wine lovers alike.
Presented in bespoke engraved bottles and gift cartons, Collection Particulière is described as "an exploration of all the senses". The scroll design on the bottle and gift box were inspired by the gates to the finest Bordeaux estates and recall the features on some of the city’s most historic residences.
The distinctive characteristics of the Bordeaux, Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion and Medoc wines complement each other: The pale gold colour, evocative of the luxury world of Champagne, was chosen to represent the smooth and balanced style of Collection Particuliere Bordeaux and its elegant terroir. The full-bodied and refined, Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion is distinguished by a coppery gilding of the label, reminiscent of its noble origins. This same sophisticated design captures all the power of the Medoc terroir in a deep, intense and full-bodied wine.
Each wine in the Collection Particulière has been chosen to illustrate the potential of the whole Bordeaux wine appellation: a tribute to the prestige of its rich soils, the traditions and the craftsmanship associated with French winemaking.
The Vinissimes Collection Particulière range is available in cases of 12 x 75cl bottles in cartons with US RRPs of Bordeaux US$35, Puisseguin-Saint-Emilion US$50, Medoc US$55.
