To complement the season, Edinburgh Gin has added Rhubarb & Ginger to its range of gin liqueurs which feature flavours native to Scotland, including raspberry and elderflower varieties. Like every Edinburgh Gin product, it is a small-batch production.
Alex Nicol, managing director of Spencerfield Spirit which owns Edinburgh Gin says: “We wanted to produce a gin that was native to Scotland to add to our collection. Rhubarb & Ginger is a great addition to the Edinburgh Gin range and we’re sure it is going to prove very popular alongside the other flavours in the range.”
Rhubarb & Ginger gin liqueur can be sipped on its own, or served as a long drink with soda, tonic, lemonade or sparkling wine.
Rhubarb & Ginger Edinburgh gin liqueur will be available in selected retailers and at the Edinburgh Gin Distillery in 50cl and 20cl bottles (RRP £18 for 50cl and £10 for 20cl).
