The New Inventive Bar Company, a premium bar operator in the UK, has appointed Beth McDonald as its director of marketing and communications, with responsibility for Revolution and Revoluciòn De Cuba. McDonald’s remit is to use “creative, cutting edge marketing techniques and initiatives to reach existing and new customers”.
Mark McQuater, CEO, comments: “I’m absolutely delighted to have Beth join the team. Her appointment represents a significant commitment by the business to further grow our position in the marketplace with the use of innovative, thought-leading, marketing and communication strategies to reach our key target audience. The position effectively fills the marketing leadership responsibilities left by Neil McLeod last summer who was marketing and sales director.
“Beth is a marketing professional and brings leading market experience from both licensed retailing with the Spirit Pub Company and within the fashion industry with Arcadia. Beth has also worked on several national UK brands including Chef & Brewer and BHS. I’m really looking forward to welcoming Beth to the team, she is a high energy, creative and intelligent individual who will be an inspiring and knowledgeable addition to our team.”
