Blue Nun relaunches Delicate and adds Exotic

German wine producer FW Langguth has re-launched its Blue Nun range of lighter, lower alcohol (5.5%abv) wine-based drinks called Delicate and introduced Exotic - a sub-brand at only 4%abv.

Made with Blue Nun wine and exotic fruit flavours, this re-launched portfolio of five wine-based drinks is aimed at female wine consumers looking for something different to try with a lower alcohol content.

The light and refreshing fruit flavoured wine products offer a new taste and are packaged in eye catching new bottle designs.

The Blue Nun Delicate White has aromas of white peach and mango and a trace of tropical fruit. Blue Nun Delicate Rosé has aromas of raspberry, lychee and wild strawberry. A hint of sweetness combines with the zesty taste.

The new Exotics comprise a Rosé with flavours of Mango and Guarana, Exotic White with flavours of Coconut and Passion Fruit and the Exotic White Caipirinha with flavours of Lime.

Armin Wagner, sales director export at Langguth comments: “We’re delighted to extend this exciting and high quality wine-based product range that brings an easy-drinking experience at a competitive recommended retail price.   The range has been crafted specifically for females seeking the flavour alternatives already available in cider, spirits, cocktails mixers and RTD’s, but with a wine context and with contemporary and colourful designs.  Initial feedback has been very encouraging”.

Blue Nun is imported and distributed by Bottle Green Wines in the UK.
