MCC acquires UK beverage label specialist

US labelling solutions company Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has bought out Multi Labels in the UK, which specialises in premium alcoholic beverage labels, especially for spirits and imported wine, and has annual revenues of approximately £10m (US$15m).

This acquisition completes MCC's plans for wine and spirit labels in the UK and Ireland, complementing its Glasgow and Dublin operations. Nick Monk, MD Multi Labels, and his management team will continue to run the business.
