Toast the occasion with a new style of vodka

Toast Vodka is a new, ultra-premium entry in the category, targeted at celebration drinking occasions. Florida entrepreneur Dieuveny Louis is launching the vodka in three major markets in the US.

“This ultra-premium vodka, smooth and easy to drink over rocks or in a mixed cocktail, is distilled from a special blend of corn infused with coconut water,” explains Louis. “Toast Vodka was created to accommodate the many requests I was receiving from people to create an awesome masterly-crafted spirit to serve at birthdays, anniversaries and other special events and important occasions,” he says.

To help with the all-important packaging aspect, Louis engaged the services and global resources of Saxco International of Horsham, PA.

Jimmy Owens, new product representative and category manager for craft spirits for Saxco International and Jerry Maya, southern regional sales manager for the company worked closely with Louis to source a quality 75cl cylindrical bottle aptly suited for the top-shelf, high-end nature that identifies closely with the Toast Vodka brand. With rounded shoulders and long neck, the bottle facilitates easy pouring for both bartenders and consumers. The bottle is made with cosmetic quality flint glass and has a clear thick bottom base that gives the product a stellar appearance. They also feature a label that has been directly screen-printed on to the bottle’s surface. The label showcases the Toast Vodka logo printed vertically from the bottom to top of the body with an inscription, “to life, to love, to us” printed in white on a black circular background.

Finally, to seal the package, Saxco provided a rich looking black T-top synthetic cork, which directly complimented the black colour scheme from the screen-printed label. The cork was then topped with a black and white tamper-evident strip stamp to complete the package aesthetic.

“Toast Vodka is being launched initially in Florida, New York and California markets with the intent to rapidly expand out in other major US markets and abroad,” says Louis. “It is being targeted at young consumers in their 20s and 30s who enjoy new and exciting beverages and live fun, active lifestyles.”

The RRP for the 75cl size is US$29.99, but this will vary according to the markets.
