Punk IPA brew kit launched globally

Brooklyn Brew Shop's new Punk IPA brew kit - a collaboration with Scottish brewery BrewDog is now on sale at major retailers globally and on the Brooklyn Brew Shop website. 

The release of the US$40 brew kit marks the first time that consumers will be able to craft the brewery's popular Punk IPA beer in their own homes. Punk IPA is a fusion IPA with 5.6% ABV - it's a light golden colour and boasts flavour notes of tropical fruits and light caramel, along with an assertive hoppy flavour. 

As part of the Brooklyn Brew Shop x BrewDog collaboration, Erica Shea and Stephen Valand from Brooklyn Brew Shop will appear on the April 8th episode of Brew Dogs on the Esquire Network. In the installment, they brew Punk IPA, along with an original Big Apple Beer - a traditional Belgian strong brewed with Hudson Valley apples and charred oak chips soaked in Applejack.
