Australian Vintage has launched a sparkling drink called Summertime Sparkling exclusively in Asda supermarkets in the UK.
Created by the makers of Passion Pop, Australia’s best-selling flavoured sparkling wine brand, Summertime aimed at the younger generation, especially women between 18 and 35, who enjoy sweet tasting, easy drinking alcoholic beverages. Summertime is low in alcohol (8.0% abv) and loaded with soft, approachable fruitiness.
The new product is a full sparkling fruit infused wine with a mushroom closure, and offers an alternative to still flavoured wines. The range comprises three different flavours: passion fruit, mixed berry and watermelon and has an RRP of £5.49.
