As part of the company's internal promotion and mobility policy, Pernod Ricard has made a number management changes with the appointment of Xavier Beysecker, Craig Johnson and Colin Kavanagh.
Xavier Beysecker, currently VP marketing, Absolut at The Absolut Company has been appointed VP digital of Pernod Ricard Asia, starting on 1 November 2015. Xavier will be based in Hong Kong and report to Philippe Guettat, chairman and chief executive officer of Pernod Ricard Asia.
Xavier’s mission will be to fully embed the Digital Roadmap of Pernod Ricard, one of its top priorities, ensuring the Group's digital strategy in Asia is aligned with the global vision and objectives. Working in conjunction with the Digital Acceleration team at Pernod Ricard Headquarters, the focus will be to swiftly integrate digital solutions for our consumers, customers and employees to enhance business performance.
Craig Johnson, currently VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company has been appointed VP marketing, Absolut at The Absolut Company, also from 1 November 2015. Craig will report to Paul Duffy, chairman and chief executive officer of The Absolut Company and will be a member of the management committee.
Colin Kavanagh, currently marketing director of Pernod Ricard Brasil will take up the role of VP marketing, Malibu and Kahlua at The Absolut Company, from 15 November 2015. Colin will also report to Paul Duffy, chairman and chief executive officer of The Absolut Company and will be a member of the management committee.
His replacement at Pernod Ricard Brasil will be announced at a later stage.
