Jameson Caskmates launches at London Heathrow

Jameson Caskmates, a new whiskey that has been finished in craft beer barrels, is an idea born from a chance encounter between the master brewer of Cork City’s Franciscan Well Brewery and the Jameson master distiller.  Jameson casks were sent to the brewery to explore the influence of the craft Irish stout and then returned to be re-filled with Jameson Original whiskey. The result was Jameson Caskmates, a smooth triple distilled whiskey with new flavour notes of butterscotch, milk chocolate and coffee.

Jameson Caskmates is currently being showcased on a Destination Bar at London Heathrow Terminal 2 until 27th October.  From 28th October to 24th November, Pernod Ricard Travel Retail Europe will be engaging with travellers at London Heathrow Terminal 3 with a dedicated Jameson Caskmates pillar design and hosted tastings.The Jameson bar will host tastings and offer gifts with purchase to engage target travellers in the three brands and product offerings.
