Senior appointment for Quintessential Brands

International drinks company, Quintessential Brands Group has announced a new senior appointment to its business-to-business supply division, Essential Drinks.

Deborah O'Neill will join the company as sales and operations planning and integration director and will be based in the London office. Deborah has 15 years' experience at PepsiCo where she was most recently senior commercialisation manager for Tropicana Europe, leading the NPD agenda and managing the implementation of new projects within all European markets.  
 
During her time at PepsiCo, Deborah held several senior roles within the supply chain management and innovation function for PepsiCo Europe and was particularly involved within the concentrate manufacturing operations based in Ireland, which produced and supplied all the EMEA and Asia Pacific regions with complex multi-market innovation and supply chain systems.
 
Deborah will report to Francois Quarez, managing director, Essential Drinks.
 
Francois says: “We are delighted that Deborah has joined us to lead the further development and consolidation of our existing group sales and operations. Deborah will play an important role in the further integration and enhancement of Quintessential Brand Group’s capabilities as part of its three year growth strategy.”
