Marques de la Concordia ‘Tapas’ range launched

Spanish wine and organic food producer, The Haciendas Company, has added a new wine range to its Marques de la Concordia family of wines portfolio.

The Marques de la Concordia ‘Tapas’ range of wines has been developed with the UK consumer in mind. The popularity and demand for the gastronomic scene is sweeping the UK, with an increasing number of Spanish tapas-style eateries opening.

The new range consists of a Viura Sauvignon Blanc, a Tempranillo and a rosé and will be revealed at the UK ICEX Wines from Spain trade tasting on April 14, 2016. The contemporary and bold packaging displays food pairings for each wine, while providing clearer standout on the shelf and back bar. All bottles are available under screw cap.

Nick Mantella, commercial director UK, comments: “We are excited to launch our Tapas wines into the UK on-trade and independent channels and believe that we will see it excel within the Marques de la Concordia Family of Wines portfolio.

“We are confident that these wines will appeal to the increasing demand for all-day dining experiences that is currently driving growth in the on-trade”.

The ‘Tapas’ collection will be available in the on-trade and independent channels from April 1.
