Pepijn Janssens joins Our/Vodka

Pepijn Janssens has been appointed as international commercial director of global and local vodka brand Our/Vodka. The brand has distilleries in cities across Europe and the US and Pepijn will lead sales expansion outside existing markets.

Pernod Ricard-owned Our/Vodka has distilleries operating in Berlin, Seattle, Detroit, Amsterdam and London. Los Angeles, Miami and New York are coming later this year, with Houston following in 2017. Up until now, the different city versions of Our/Vodka have not been able to buy outside the country or state where they are produced.

”When we opened the first distillery in Berlin back in 2013, we started to get international sales requests almost immediately. We wanted to add more distilleries to the family before exploring this further. With five distilleries, and four more on its way, we believe the timing is just right to bring Pepijn Janssens on board,” says Åsa Caap, founder and CEO of Our/Vodka.

Pepijn Janssens, a senior sales and distribution executive, has previously worked across continents, representing companies like Diageo, Nestlé, PMI, Castle Brands, Luxco and Freixenet. Most recently Pepijn worked for MAS Wines and Spirits as international commercial director where he led the global expansion of the spirit portfolio, tripling the company’s turnover in less than two years.
