Glenfiddich single malt Scotch whisky has announced Struan Grant Ralph as its new global brand ambassador.
Struan, who was born and raised in Speyside, will bring a wealth of whisky industry experience and creativity from across the world into his new role. Having spent five years as a Glenfiddich brand ambassador in both the US and Asia Pacific, Struan will play a pivotal role in driving the brand forward across the world, particularly in emerging markets.
Commenting on the announcement, Struan Grant Ralph says: “It’s an absolute privilege to step into a global role of such importance and it’s something of a homecoming for me. I’m truly honoured and excited to be working with some of the best ambassadors in the business and look forward to creating an exciting new chapter for Glenfiddich as we continue to push the boundaries in the category.”
Struan takes over the role from Ian Millar who has moved into a new role as prestige specialist for William Grant & Sons based at the distillery in Dufftown.
