A sparkling white wine paying tribute to Provence, Le Grand Seuil, has been released from the Château du Seuil.
Using traditional methods, Le Grand Seuil has been crafted exclusively from the Ugni Blanc grape variety grown on stony soil at 450 metres altitude on the Tournefort plateau.
Le Grand Seuil is an Extra Brut wine (low sugar content of 0.4g/litre) aged on racks for nice months.
Château du Seuil claim Le Grand Seuil is perfect as an aperitif or as a companion to Provençal dishes.
The new release can be purchased exclusively from the château or online at www.chateauduseuil.fr/boutique/en/ at an RRP of €14.4
