Leading London pub-group, The Draft House, has collaborated with Moshi Moshi, to create a limited edition pale ale inspired by the label's seaside festival, By The Sea.
The festival-inspired pale ale, By The Sea, created in collaboration with Eddie Gadd from The Ramsgate Brewery, will be available in 330ml cans and available to purchase from Draft House pubs and at Moshi Moshi’s seaside festival, By the Sea held at Dreamland, Margate from September 29 – October 1.
Available in 330ml cans, it is brewed with Target, Citra, Mosaic and Summit hops, and has an ABV of 4.5%.
Charlie McVeigh, founder and CEO of Draft House, coments: “As soon as I met Eddie I knew we were going to brew a great beer. The bloke is modest and low-key, but scratch the surface and you find someone supremely confident in his ability to brew the most refreshing, fresh and downright tasty beer. I have hung around a lot of breweries in my time, but the standards and passion at Ramsgate are second to none. Can’t wait to see the reaction to By The Sea Pale Ale in Draft House this summer and in Margate at the festival. I, for one, won’t be drinking much else!”
Eddie Gadd, head brewer at The Ramsgate Brewery, adds: “My daughter is a big fan of the festival, so I had no choice but agree to do this. Actually, I was really chuffed to be asked – I love Dreamland and the By The Sea festival is brilliant fun. I’m looking forward to enjoying a great beer or two in the sunshine.”
By The Sea festival pale ale is available from Draft House pubs for £4.50, or £22.50 for a six-pack to take away.
