One Time Gin takes inspiration from Lebkuchen

Lebkuchen Gin, a new limited edition released by One Time Gin Released in partnership with Two Birds Gin, has taken inspiration the traditional German Christmas gingerbread known as Lebkuchen. 

Union Distillers' Old Tom gin recipe was tweaked to mimic the flavour profiles of Lebkuchen – gingerbread, almonds and honey.

The bottle is wrapped in a hand-painted festive scene by resident artist Manasses Machado. With the likely pair of skiing snow leopard and a disgruntled gingerbread man surveying their gingerbread house, Lebkuchen Gin perfectly encapsulates the Christmas spirit.

Lebkuchen Gin has been created especially for the members of One Time Gin subscription club.
