J. de Telmont releases 2012 cuvée

A new cuvée has been released by The House J. de Telmont – Champagne The Blanc de Noirs Brut 2012.

Globally 2012 was fresh and rainy and for producers it is known for its succession of climate hazards that led to a harvest with low yield but of high quality.

Grape varieties include in the new cuvée include 50 per cent Meunier Damery, vinified in oak barrel with battonage and 50 per cent Pinot Noir from several crus. It has been aged five years and produced without malolactic fermentation. Only 4,000 bottles have been produced.
