Seedlip goes miles-high with Virgin Atlantic

The first distilled non-alcoholic spirit, Seedlip is now available on-board Virgin Atlantic flights.

The partnership follows the success of Seedlip cocktails in Virgin Atlantic’s Clubhouse lounges, and sees Seedlip’s non-alcoholic cocktails now take to the skies; making Virgin Atlantic the first airline to serve non-alcoholic spirits on-board.

Having collaborated with a selection of cocktail bars, both in their lounges and on-board, Virgin Atlantic will offer different Seedlip cocktails throughout their lounges, Upper Class, Premium and Economy flights, offering guests not drinking a grown-up option.

A special menu of 'No & Low' alcohol cocktails has also been created for Upper Class flights and the lounges with Seedlip’s bar concept N o l o that champions inclusivity, flavour and experience over ABV.

Founder Ben Branson says: "So proud to be partnering with the Virgin Atlantic team to offer grown up alcohol free serves to passengers who are looking for proper adult options when they’re travelling."

Food & Beverage manager for Virgin Atlantic Mark Murphy says: “Virgin Atlantic is always on the lookout for new and exciting ways to bring innovation to our customers. With the global explosion of the no and low alcohol cocktail movement of late we have been keen to find a way to bring it to life for our guests, so teaming up with Seedlip is the perfect partnership. With a big focus across the airline industry on reducing the amount of alcohol consumed in flight, together we will be leading the way delivering a world first at 35,000 feet and giving our passengers a selection of zero alcohol alternatives to drink whilst with us on onboard and in our Upper Class lounges.”
