Sassy Cider The Small Batch launched in UK

France-based cider brand, Sassy Cidre, has celebrated its second anniversary with the UK launch of The Small Batch.

The Small Batch is created in Normandy, where all of the brand’s orchards are located near the Chȃteau de Sassy. 

Five varieties of traditional apples (Bedan, Doux Normandie, Frequin, Douce Moën, Douce Coët Ligné) are grown within loam and clay soils in close proximity to the forest.

Xavier d’Audiffret Pasquier says of The Small Batch: “We are very excited to add The Small Batch to our growing range of Sassy Cidre products in the UK and feel it encompasses everything that Sassy aims for — giving a new youth to the cider category by advocating the return of the real taste”.

The Small Batch is available exclusively to the on-trade in 33cl and 75cl bottles now.
