That Boutique-y Whisky hits the airwaves

That Boutique-y has launched a new podcast series, Uncorked: Whisky Sessions. Celebrated at the launch of the new Milroy's in Spitalfields, London, the first show aired with global ambassador for That Boutique-y Whisky Company (TBWC), Dave Worthington and Dr. Sam Simmons. 

The company claims that Uncorked: Whisky Sessions will be filled with dram and distillery chats, providing facts on TBWC’s distillery partners, tasting notes for new whiskies and interviews with whisky fans from both within the industry and outside of it. 

Jenny Ghosh, brand manager for That Boutique-y Whisky Company says: “Every Boutique-y bottling has a unique personality and we were looking for new ways to demonstrate these personalities to our loyal fans above and beyond the liquids and labels. With every podcast from That Boutique-y Broadcasting Company, listeners will be able to come on a journey of discovery with us, hearing from our whisky experts Dave and Sam who are probably the most entertaining whisky geeks we know!”

That Boutique-y Broadcasting Company will continue its launch celebrations at The Whisky Show London from 28-29 September, with live tastings with Dave Worthington via silent disco technology.

Episodes are now available for listeners to stream and download from Spotify, Apple Podcast and Amazon Alexa. New episodes will be released every month, with the first two episodes focusing on peated whisky and Irish whiskey, featuring mixologist Charlie McCarthy.

Episode three, ‘The State of the States’ is currently in production to launch in October, including an interview with the team at Balcones Distillery in Texas. Dave and Sam will also welcome questions and comments from listeners for every show via #uncorkedwhiskysession @boutiqueywhisky
