Mangrove UK appoints former Double Dutch manager to new senior role

Drinks importer and distributor Mangrove UK has appointed seasoned industry professional Brian Morrison into the newly created role of channel director.

Brian held roles at Hildon Water, Britvic, Mars Drinks and most recently Double Dutch before joining Mangrove, which is focusing its current expansion efforts on wholesale growth, national accounts and food service.

In his new role he will promote Mangrove's spirits portfolio to new commercial audiences, develop joint business growth plans with national accounts, and support the company's ongoing commercial growth in collaboration with the rest of the senior team.

Brian said: "Mangrove has a strong portfolio of premium brands which taste amazing, have their own unique backstory and have a huge focus on sustainability. It's great to be amongst a team of really passionate spirits experts who know their trade inside out."
