Glen Moray joins 375 Park Avenue Spirits

Having taken on Cutty Sark earlier this year, 375 Park Avenue Spirits has now come to an agreement with another of La Martiniquaise-Bardinet’s subsidiaries, Glen Turner Company Ltd. Glen Turner is the group’s Scottish subsidiary, and the agreement will establish 375 Park Avenue as the US importer for one of La Martiniquaise-Bardinet’s other well-known brands, Glen Moray Speyside Single Malt Whisky.

Glen Moray will make a distinctive addition to the 375 Park Avenue portfolio. The president and CEO of 375 Park Avenue, Jason Schladenhauffen, commented that “The unique finishes available from Glen Moray are like nothing else we currently have within our range”, and noted that the team “looks forward to rapidly increasing the availability of this portfolio of unique Scotch whisky to new and existing customers”.

Glen Moray is certainly a storied Scotch, having been distilled on the banks of the River Lossie outside Elgin since 1897. It is hoped that with its new distributor in place, the whisky will be opened up to different customers and markets, and will “continue to build [its] brand equity in the United States”, according to La Martiniquaise-Bardinet’s International Director, Christophe Pichambert.

Glen Moray offers a range of expressions and vintages in its four major collections: Elgin Classic, Elgin Heritage, Elgin Reserve and Elgin Prestige. It will be available from 375 Park Avenue Spirits from the 1st of June 2020.
