Sea Arch launches non-alcoholic RTDs to rival a G&T

Non-alcoholic drinks brand Sea Arch Drinks has launched two ready-to-drink (RTD) products featuring its Coastal Juniper distilled spirit.

Inspired by a G&T but without any of the alcohol, the 'Sea & T' is a double measure of Sea Arch spirit mixed with Indian tonic water, while the 'Rose Sea & T' blends the spirit with a rose and raspberry-infused tonic. 

The base non-alcoholic spirit for both drinks, Sea Arch Coastal Juniper, is made using traditional distillation techniques and is designed to evoke the character of the brand's home county, Devon, with botanicals including sugar kelp and samphire alongside cardamom, grapefruit, juniper and coriander.

The Sea & T range is available in 250ml recyclable aluminium cans with a recommended price of £2.35 per can. They are available through selected retailers as well as online through Ocado, Amazon and the Sea Arch Drinks website.

Sea Arch Drinks co-founder Sarah Yates said: "Bursting with seaside botanicals, our Sea & T has all the deliciousness of a G&T with none of the alcohol. It's a great addition to the Sea Arch range as the convenient format of a 'ready to drink' can means people can simply snap it open and serve, ideally over ice and a slice."

The sale of ready-to-drink products, from wines and spirits to canned cocktails, has increased significantly in the UK during 2020; it was helped in part by the Covid-19 lockdown and an increase in socialising outside, which called for more portable drinks solutions.
