E-commerce platform Master of Malt has relaunched its B2B sales division after identifying the sector as a key priority during 2020.
Master of Malt Trade, which launched in 2010, has been revamped with a new slogan - 'Great Drinks. Delivered' - and a dedicated micro-site online for new customers and account holders.
The relaunch also includes investment in the Master of Malt Trade in-house team in recruitment, marketing and training. All account managers undertake a WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) Level 2 award in spirits.
It follows months of customer research by Master of Malt during the coronavirus pandemic.
Liam Belton, Master of Malt Trade lead, said: "We know that our customers have faced an extremely difficult year, with the uncertainty only continuing into 2021. It was the right time to relaunch Master of Malt Trade, putting customer needs front and centre.
