Kin Vodka teams up with Allied Glass on bespoke bottles

Lake District-based spirits producer Kin Vodka has partnered with Yorkshire's Allied Glass on a new bespoke bottle.

The bottles for Kin's Toffee + Vodka product range are made from 50 per cent recycled glass, to chime with the company's sustainability goals and its commitment to lower its carbon footprint.

The new vessels feature Kin's bird branding (inspired by founder Judith Wren) embossed under the neck, an embossed design to mirror the Lake District viewpoint of the Langdales, and embossed stars on the base. It is hoped that the bottles will have some reusability value as decorative items for buyers.

The new Kin Vodka range of bottles will be available on shelves and to order online from late spring 2021.

Nolan Kane, head of emerging brands at Allied Glass, said: "The bottle for Kin Vodka is made from recycled glass, which is sourced in the UK, substantially improving Kin's carbon footprint whilst supporting British manufacturing."
