Craftwork to bring Biggar and Leith brands to UK

US food and drinks importer Biggar and Leith has signed a deal with Craftwork to bring its brands to the UK.

Craftwork will be responsible for the distribution of all Biggar and Leith brands in the UK, including Hotel Starlino Vermouth and Aperitivos, Stambecco Amaro and Shanky's Whip Irish Whiskey Liqueur.

Jeremy Rockett, managing director of Craftwork, said: "The team at Craftwork are chuffed to bits at partnering with Biggar and Leith for UK distribution; their track record speaks for itself. Not only are their brands and marketing brilliantly conceived and executed, but the support and energy from the company is second to none, and our team have already seen a fantastic response to the brands from our customers."

Matt McKee, general manager of Biggar and Leith, said: "We are excited to be working alongside Craftwork in the UK. We look forward to a successful partnership with their team as together we launch our new portfolio of spirit brands and expand distribution of the Biggar and Leith portfolio across the UK."

Based in New York, Biggar and Leith owns and imports a portfolio of fine wines, spirits and foods from family-owned producers around the world. The company is owned by Elwyn Gladstone, founder of Malfy Gin, and Mark Teasdale.
