On-tap cocktail service launched for UK hospitality venues

UK pre-mixed cocktail producer Liberation Cocktails has announced a new range of on-tap cocktails targeted at the on-trade.

Liberation says the mobile taps will facilitate quicker service with minimal staff training, reducing contact with bar equipment and ingredients, and reducing stock loss. Customised branding and menu panels are available, as is self-service dispensing technology and integrated Apple Pay.

The new on-tap cocktails (served at 8.2-10% ABV) will be available alongside its range of 200ml cans and 750ml bottled serves, which includes Espresso Martini, Pisco Sour, Pornstar Martini and Strawberry Daiquiri.

George Workman, managing director of Liberation Cocktails, said: "Often, the assumption is that on-tap is poor quality and we want to change that. Our on-tap cocktails give the trade a compelling solution to meet the growing demand for a quick, but premium cocktail service.

"With hospitality reopening and demand set to soar as we move into Q2 and Q3, we want to collaborate with exceptional bars, pubs, hotels and restaurants on a long-term basis to ensure Liberation Cocktails are a 'must-stock' product to excite customers and boost sales."
