Amstel Ultra has recruited tennis superstar Rafael Nadal as a global ambassador.
The low-carb, low-calorie beer brand hopes Grand Slam champion Nadal will hope the bolster its growing lifestyle product range, including Amstel Ultra and Amstel 0.0.
As part of the three-year deal, Nadal will support the continued expansion of the Amstel brands into new global markets and will feature in a variety of global marketing activities for Amstel Ultra and Amstel 0.0. This includes on TV, digital and out-of-home advertising.
He will also act as an ambassador for Amstel 0.0 to highlight the importance of moderate and responsible drinking as part of parent company Heineken's Brewing a Better World strategy.
