Bourbon brands sign distribution deal with Ocado

American distiller, supplier and alcohol bottler Luxco has secured UK grocery listings for two of its leading Bourbon brands.

Yellowstone Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon and Ezra Brooks Kentucky Straight Bourbon have scored listings with online grocery supplier Ocado, adding to its growing American whiskey portfolio. 

Yellowstone Select (46.5% ABV) is produced by Limestone Branch Distillery, based in Lebanon, Kentucky, and is a blend of four- to seven-year-old Bourbons.

Ezra Brooks (40% ABV), produced by Lux Row Distillers, is made using a sour mash technique and charcoal filtration.

Greg Mefford, international sales director at Luxco, said: "UK consumers are becoming more and more discerning with their purchases, spending a little more on products they can savour. Both Yellowstone Select and Ezra Brooks are fantastic examples of genuine Kentucky Straight Bourbons, with unique flavour profiles that will suit experienced American whisky drinkers or those looking to try something new."
