Brown-Forman launches premium canned cocktail range

Spirits giant Brown-Forman has launched a range of premium ready-to-pour cocktails designed to "elevate the everyday occasion".

The Up or Over line of classic cocktails, made with all-natural ingredients and spirits from the Brown-Forman range, launches in select US markets in March.

The range includes a Dry Martini with Fords Gin, Whiskey Sour with Gentleman Jack Tennessee Whiskey, Premium Margarita with Herradura Tequila, and Ginger Citrus Old Fashioned with Old Forester Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

Each cocktail comes in a 375ml glass bottle with a cork closure, and a tasting note and serving suggestions on the label. They have a recommended retail price of US$14.99 per bottle.

Kelly Kerger, Up or Over brand leader, says the range has been created for classic cocktails drinkers who are looking for high-quality but convenient offerings.

The Up or Over range will initially be available in the US states of Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Michigan, Oregon and Washington.
