World Drinks Awards and Distillers to host spirits tasting

The World Drinks Awards and the Worshipful Company of Distillers are teaming up for a tasting of some of the world's best spirits in London.

Taking place on Tuesday, 26 July at Vintners' Hall, the tasting event will present more than 200 global and country winners from the 2022 World Drinks Awards.

It is believed to be one of the biggest events of its kind in the world, bringing together spirits that run the gamut of the spirits world, from whiskies and gins to mezcals, brandies and liqueurs.

During the evening, there will be presentations from the Master of the Worshipful Company of Distillers and from the World Drinks Awards. All guests will also receive complimentary copies of Whisky Magazine, Gin Magazine and American Whiskey, all published by Paragraph Publishing, the company behind the World Drinks Awards.

In addition to the spirits tasted, guests can also enjoy drinks available from the Distillers Cocktail Bar, and a selection of cheeses and preserved meats. 

The World Drinks Awards were founded 15 years ago to complement Paragraph Publishing's suite of award-winning drinks industry publications, which includes Whisky Magazine, Gin Magazine, American Whiskey, TheDrinksReport.com, Rum Magazine, Travelux, The Microdistillers' Handbook and The Microbrewers' Handbook, and the World's Best Beers and World's Best Spirits digital publications.
