Bushmills Irish Whiskey and creative agency HAVAS Ireland have launched a multi-market campaign, led by a new TV spot titled ‘Pursuing Perfection’.
The TV spot was filmed on Ireland’s north Antrim coast, close to the Old Bushmills Distillery, with Tom Green directing. The sixty second spot can be found on Bushmills Global’s YouTube channel.
Airing in Germany and Bulgaria from this month, the spot will then roll out across the rest of Europe as a part of a campaign promotion the Bushmills single malt range, as well as its Black Bush Irish whiskey.
Bushmills has been drawing its water from the River Bush in County Antrim for its distilling for over 400 years, with the campaign ‘Pursuing Perfection Since 1608’ paying tribute to this statistic and the evolution of the distillery itself.
The story of the TV campaign is said to be one of pursuit, attempting to capture the spirit and mindset of the distillery’s people living and working together throughout generations. The Bushmills Global Brand Team are allegedly delighted with the efforts and production of the campaign.
Earlier this year, Bushmills released its 2022 Causeway Collection, its annual release featuring a range of 10 limited-edition expressions, varying from cask-finished to fully matured Irish single malt whiskeys, with each one selected by Master Blender Alex Thomas
