Hawksbill Rum partners with German distributor Liquorland Cooperation

Hawksbill Rum has announced that they are to partner with new Hamburg-based distributor Liquorland Cooperation.

The venture will allow for new routes to both the on- and off-trade markets for the rum brand, which is part of Intercontinental Brands (ICB).

Nick Dunning, head of export at ICB, commented on the partnership: : “We are delighted to be partnering with the Liquorland Cooperation, and hope their experience in the German market will provide a direct route for our products into both the local on and off-trade channels. Earlier this month, we joined the Liquorland Coorperation team at the Bar Convent in Berlin to showcase our Hawksbill brand.”

Hawksbill's Caribbean Spiced Rum range features a unique blend of rums sourced from both Guyana and Trinidad. Along with Caribbean Spiced, the range also includes Mango Spiced and Pineapple Spiced.

The brand is also said to be on a conservation mission. Hawksbill has partnered with the Barbados Sea Turtle Project, where 10% of the rum brand's profit will be donated toward helping turtles in the caribbean and preserving their future.
